Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee multiple enterprise IT initiatives through all lifecycle phases. You will apply formal PM methodologies, governance, and industry reporting tools while collaborating across technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate has PMP certification, 5+ years in IT PM, and a track record of managing several concurrent projects in regulated environments. Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• PMP certification (active or inactive; certification details required).
• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent enterprise-level IT projects.
• Experience working in regulated or utility-style environments preferred.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, governance, schedule control, cost control, and risk management.
• Proven professional maturity and ability to adapt communication style across executive, technical, and operational audiences.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting projects involving web content management and/or marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage 25 concurrent enterprise-level IT projects across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases.
• Apply PMP-based project management methodologies and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Establish relationships with project sponsors, execution sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define project success criteria, milestones, and measurable business benefits.
• Develop and maintain core project artifacts: business cases, charters, schedules, risk registers, communication plans, benefits realization plans, status reports.
• Facilitate phase-gate reviews and ensure governance requirements are met.
• Monitor and control scope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues, initiating change requests as needed.
• Provide regular and ad hoc project reporting using enterprise systems and dashboards.
• Coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and align with organizational priorities.
• Lead project closeout activities, including lessons learned and benefits realization follow-up.
• Maintain adherence to ethical standards, delegated approval authorities, and reporting requirements.
