Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple IT projects for state agencies, ensuring adherence to SSDLC and governance requirements. The role involves managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications across 3-5 concurrent initiatives.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with MS Project, formal project artifacts, and diverse delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), while maintaining strict compliance and executive-level

Qualifications

• 84 months of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, scope, and communication plans
• Experience with project artifacts: Schedule/Plan, Budget, Deliverables acceptance
• Experience with formal project tracking tools and multiple methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Experience with quality planning, QA, UAT, and defects management
• Experience leading multi-phased IT projects for State agencies with executive reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 simultaneous application development projects including COTS and in-house
• Ensure vendor delivery of upgrades, installations, configurations, and testing
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, scope, status reports and communication plans
• Develop and manage detailed project artifacts and scope documents
• Oversee end-to-end quality assurance, UAT, and defect metrics
• Report progress to ITS and client agency leaderships and ensure compliance with ethical and legal mandates

Job description

• 84 months of experience as a Project Manager managing 3-5 simultaneous application development projects that include Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) projects and/or in-house and ensuring vendor delivers implementation of version upgrades, installations, configurations, custom development, triage, troubleshooting incidents, and testing, with projects adhering to the Secure System Development Life Cycle development (SSDLC).
• 84 months of experience as a Project Manager managing project execution and control, including creating and maintaining the following: project budgets, project schedules in MS Project, project scope, status reports, communication plans, project management plan, quality standards throughout the project management lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• 84 months of experience in developing and managing formal project schedules in a project tracking tool, such as Microsoft Project, including tracking progress and variances against baselines utilizing both Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies; using standard PM techniques (e.g., scrum sessions) to update project schedule; and presenting schedule/status updates to both ITS and client agency leaderships.
• 84 months of experience developing, writing, and managing detailed Scope Documents and required project artifacts (Project Schedule/Plan, and Project Budget; reviewing project deliverables and managing the deliverables acceptance process and using the project scope and deliverable management process to manage the project change request process.
• 84 months experience with project quality planning, quality assurance, end-to-end system testing, quality control, user acceptance testing (UAT) defect and metrics management, and quality governance.
• 84 months of experience managing and leading multi-phased, high-visibility IT projects for State agencies. Regularly reported Executive staff, managers, and team members on project status and compliance, specializing in initiatives requiring strict adherence to ethical and legal mandates, and investigations into possible non-compliance.
