Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Six years of experience in software engineering, including two years in a technical leadership role.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified, Google Professional Cloud Architect.

Responsibilities

• Directs engineering delivery across multiple teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Monitors platform performance and proactively addresses service degradation.
• Leads operational planning and resource allocation for engineering initiatives.
• Oversees design and governance for APIs and data integrations.
• Champions test automation and code review as core quality practices.
