Job summary

Technoidentity in Houston seeks a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead cloud modernization and data engineering initiatives. You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage complex technology projects, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

You will drive end‑to‑end project execution, coordinate data pipelines and analytics readiness, and communicate progress with stakeholders. A strong cloud background (Azure/AWS/GCP) and 10+ years PM experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong technical background with hands-on software development, system design, or architecture.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and oral communication for diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modernization of legacy applications.
• Hands-on understanding of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and data analytics workflows.
• Proficient with Agile/Scrum; PMP or SAFe certification a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technology transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders across business, data, and tech.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies and resource allocations.
• Drive end-to-end execution of cloud migration and application modernization.
• Coordinate data engineering and analytics projects ensuring governance and analytics readiness.
• Manage Agile delivery teams with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide structured dashboards and timely progress updates to stakeholders.
• Discuss tech stacks and architecture with clients to ensure optimal solutions.
• Oversee onshore-offshore collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• Work with cloud architect, BA, data engineers, QA, and developers on stack choices.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and share lessons learned.
