Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project or program management experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing and scaling Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) in an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record driving tool adoption and process standardization across cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DevOps, identity platforms).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise operations.
• Oversee Atlassian suite rollout and enterprise adoption across engineering, IT, and business teams.
• Design and standardize workflows, issue types, and project structures in Jira for scalable delivery.
• Establish Confluence as a centralized knowledge management platform across teams.
• Migrate legacy systems into Jira/Confluence where applicable and develop adoption playbooks.
