HF Sinclair is seeking a Senior IT Product Manager (Industrial Platform Manager) in Dallas, TX to own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Unified Security Platform (USP). You will align stakeholders, drive value delivery, and guide platform governance and investment models to reduce IT/OT cyber risk while enabling enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Ten years plus in product management, platform management, cybersecurity, or technology leadership.
• Experience owning enterprise-scale technology roadmaps, investment tradeoffs, and value realization.
• Ability to link technical delivery decisions to business and risk outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the USP.
• Position the USP as the central control plane for IT/OT cybersecurity capabilities and platform-enabled risk mitigation.
• Own the economic and investment model for the platform, balancing run vs. grow vs. transformation investments.
• Guide prioritization of delivery activities to align with platform strategy and risk reduction objectives.
• Drive MVP and pilot deployment phases and resolve cross-functional risks.
• Represent the USP in governance forums and manage cross-functional partners.
