Job summary

SentinelOne seeks an Executive Product Leader to own Platform and User Experience, unifying architecture, data foundation, and design strategy into a single vision. You will lead a Senior Director and three Directors, collaborating with Engineering, Security Research, and GTM executives to shape the platform's future.

You will drive multi-tenancy, RBAC, region deployment, sovereignty, FedRAMP, and API surfaces, while guiding UX through AI-driven transformation and research-led direction.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity or security-critical domain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12–15+ years in platform engineering or product design/UX with leadership.
• Executive presence with cross-functional influence.
• Experience building security operations or IT operations products.
• Familiarity with AI-native and data-intensive platforms.
• FedRAMP or high-trust environments preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the Singularity Core Platform.
• Lead UX Design transformation toward AI-driven delivery.
• Lead UX Research across the portfolio and validate direction.
• Guide build-vs-buy decisions balancing speed, scale, cost.
• Direct evolution of platform services: data foundation and APIs.
• Set design system and research standards across products.
• Partner with Engineering, GTM, and Security leaders on outcomes.
