Job summary

Ntiva, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer for its Dental Division to implement, deploy, document, and support IT infra for dental practices and DSOs. You’ll collaborate with Solution Architects and PMs to deliver projects, ensure client satisfaction, and provide on-site or remote support.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of relevant work, familiarity with dental hardware, strong Windows/AD skills, and Cloud/virtualization expertise. This role is hybrid with U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years directly related experience.
• 2–4 years in Dental IT projects with dental hardware familiarity.
• Strong Windows configurations and services knowledge.
• Advanced Active Directory knowledge (on-premises and Azure AD).
• Experience with ConnectWise or similar service management tools.
• HIPAA awareness as it applies to IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deploy technical solutions designed by Solution Architects for dental clients.
• Maintain minimum 80% billable utilization.
• Provide remote or onsite project support and migrations.
• Document migrations and infrastructure changes for support.
• Communicate project progress and scope changes clearly.
• Design and build GPOs to enforce policies across orgs.
• Configure Azure AD and Entra Connect to O365.
• Implement high-availability infrastructure and backups.
