Job summary

Trex Company is seeking a seasoned Senior IT M&A Integration Program Manager to establish and lead the enterprise IT capability for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic business integrations. This role will own the M&A Playbook and drive planning, governance, and execution across the full lifecycle, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure smooth integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, CS, Eng, Business, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of enterprise IT program leadership.
• 5+ years leading enterprise IT integration for mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience integrating acquisitions from $50M to $200M+.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, building products, or distribution preferred.
• Proven ability to build enterprise integration plans across multiple technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Enterprise IT M&A Playbook, including governance and stage gates.
• Lead technology due diligence and evaluate infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data.
• Develop and maintain the integrated technology master plan and roadmaps.
• Lead Day 1 readiness to ensure seamless transaction close with minimal disruption.
• Provide enterprise-level program leadership, governance, and executive reporting.
