Job summary

Crane Co. is seeking an IT Program Manager – M&A to lead end-to-end IT integration of acquired companies within Crane’s manufacturing businesses, from due diligence through post-close stabilization.

You will develop and refine Crane’s M&A IT Integration Playbook, manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and ensure ERP migration/separation, data privacy, and IT security alignment across global integrations. Travel up to 25% is expected and you will communicate with senior leaders to drive results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT integration projects in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QAD preferred).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional global teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle IT integration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures from due diligence to post-close stabilization.
• Develop and refine the Crane M&A IT Integration Playbook aligned with Tollgate process.
• Define integration strategy, manage scope, timeline, and budget; conduct tollgate reviews.
• Coordinate external vendors for ERP migration, application installation, security and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and IT security standards during integration.
• Provide executive updates and manage stakeholder communication.
