The position is fully remote in the US with occasional on-site meetings, deployments, and knowledge transfer as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application-level production support for enterprise middleware and integration services.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, XML/XSD/JSON, OpenShift/Linux, AppDynamics, ELK/Elastic Stack, and ServiceNow incident support.
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, release validation, and 24x7 operations.
