Compass is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to translate strategy and priorities into clear, engaging communications for employees across the enterprise. You will work at the intersection of culture, people, and communications to keep teams informed, aligned, and inspired by the company’s values.

You will develop enterprise-wide strategies, support major announcements, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling materials and talks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of internal communications or related corporate communications experience.
• Strong editorial skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support priorities and initiatives.
• Support major announcements, product launches, integrations with plans and materials.
• Project-manage communications initiatives with timelines and reviews.
• Maintain consistent voice and tone for senior executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas clearly.
• Provide tools and guidance to people leaders for team communications.
• Support live and virtual team meetings with scripts and speaker notes.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and content development.
• Contribute to content across social platforms to boost brand visibility.
