Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Senior AI Architect - Enterprise Integrations to lead high-impact AI integration engagements for enterprise clients. You will shape architecture, mentor teams, and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.

You’ll design connectors between AI agents and CRMs/ERPs, define patterns for agent orchestration, memory management, and MCP servers, ensuring security, observability, and cost-efficient cloud deployments across engagements in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in application or solution architecture with AI/ML focus.
• Hands-on experience designing MCP servers for AI agents.
• Proven ability to integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and workflows.
• Deep knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and API design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design and architecture sessions with clients to define AI integration strategies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure AI-powered solutions.
• Provide cost estimates for cloud and LLM consumption, optimize architecture.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.
