Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Agent to quote, close leads, and retain relationships. You will advise clients on policy options and tailor packages to meet needs.

The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, tracking data in Salesforce, and leveraging qualified leads to grow a book of business. Prior inside sales or insurance experience is helpful; a license is preferred.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; entry-level position.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) or passing the state licensing exam, once hired.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Work with pre-qualified leads and close sales.
• Track client data and sales activities via CRM.
• Follow up on pipeline queues to ensure completion of sale.
• Maintain compliance with business policy requirements.
• Achieve minimum sales targets.
