Goosehead Insurance is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Agent to quote, close leads, and retain client relationships. The role focuses on advising clients on policy benefits and tailoring insurance packages to meet individual needs.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, managing pre-qualified leads, and tracking sales activities in Salesforce. A Property & Casualty License is preferred or can be earned after hiring.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: No prior insurance experience required; entry-level position.
• Internal candidates must have 4-6 months of successful performance in their current role before a transfer is acceptable, or otherwise approved by the Director of Enterprise Sales.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred or must pass the state licensing exam once hired.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Work with pre-qualified leads and close sales.
• Track client data and sales activities via CRM.
• Follow up on pipeline queues to ensure completion of sale.
• Maintain compliance with business policy requirements.
