Goosehead Insurance seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales Agent to join our inside sales team. You will quote, close leads, and retain client relationships while tailoring insurance packages to meet individual needs.

You will manage client data in Salesforce, work with inbound and outbound calls, and leverage a steady flow of qualified leads to grow your book of business. A property & casualty license is preferred or ability to obtain it; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Inside sales or insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quote, close leads, and retain relationships in an inside sales environment.
• Advise clients on policy benefits and tailor insurance packages.
• Track client data and opportunities in Salesforce CRM; build a book of business.
