Job summary

Goosehead Insurance seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales Agent to quote, close leads, and retain client relationships. This role involves advising clients on policy benefits and tailoring insurance packages to individual needs.

It is an inside sales position with a focus on high-performance results. The candidate will work with inbound and outbound calls, tracking client data in Salesforce and leveraging Goosehead's lead flow to build a robust book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or insurance sales is preferred.
• Experience with managing customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Team-oriented with a problem-solving mentality.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain licensing after hire.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sell and quote insurance products in an inside sales environment.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close business.
• Maintain client data and activity in Salesforce CRM.
• Build a book of business through quotes, closings, and relationship management.
• Tailor insurance packages to meet client needs.
