Community Care Physicians is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure in Latham, NY to lead and shape our enterprise infrastructure strategy. The role involves overseeing routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, SDN/SD-WAN, virtualization, storage, DR, and datacenter infrastructure while guiding a team of engineers and technicians.

The position requires 8+ years in related fields, 3+ years of leadership, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field and equivalent experience.
Eight or more years in enterprise infrastructure engineering, networking, or systems administration.
Three or more years of technical leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

Provides technical leadership for enterprise infrastructure technologies while remaining engaged in engineering and operational activities.
Serves as the highest-level technical escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents, major outages, and recovery efforts.
Researches, designs, tests, implements, and improves enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Leads infrastructure architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle planning initiatives.
