Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an IT Network Engineer Lead to serve as the network technology leader across the enterprise. You will design and implement enterprise network systems, lead projects, and guide a team of engineers to ensure reliable, secure, high‑performance networking across multiple facilities.

You will manage timelines, cost estimates, and vendor coordination while maintaining rigorous documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience working with enterprise network technologies.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise network design and implementation. Ensures minimal downtime and effective problem resolution.
• Installs, configures and tests network hardware/software in test and pilot environments before production rollout.
• Maintains documentation, plans and schedules for network projects and upgrades.
• Monitors performance and availability; analyzes capacity and connectivity issues to drive improvements.
• Provides mentorship and training to Network Engineers; contributes to project teams.
