Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Redwood City, CA, seeks an Infrastructure Architect to own the end-to-end architecture for a multi-tower managed services environment spanning cloud, on-premises virtualization, storage, identity, network, endpoint management, and SaaS collaboration.

You will define standards, review changes, lead capacity planning, and ensure architecture coherence across Okta/Entra ID, AD, Cisco, Intune, and ServiceNow, delivering governance-ready designs for large enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in IT infrastructure engineering with multi-domain architecture.
• Experience across Azure and AWS and enterprise backup/storage platforms like Cohesity.
• Strong identity and access architecture: Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO.
• Enterprise network design including Cisco switches and security.
• ITIL ITSM experience, ServiceNow, and cross-tower governance.
• Ability to communicate architecture trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own target-state infrastructure architecture across cloud, virtualization, storage/backup, identity, network, endpoint management, and SaaS collaboration platforms.
• Set architecture standards and design patterns for cross-tower engineers to ensure consistency.
• Review changes at CAB and partner with CMDB/Configuration Management leads.
• Act as design-authority escalation point for Major Incidents and problems at architecture level.
• Lead capacity and scalability planning across the estate and growth trends.
• Define reference architecture for identity (Okta + AD/Entra ID) with SSO.
• Own the design for cross-tower engagements (e.g., AWS Connect IVR).
• Collaborate with ServiceNow ITSM to ensure architecturally sound processes.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation for the account.
• Represent architecture in governance and customer discussions.
