Job summary

Acunor Inc. is seeking an accomplished Infrastructure Architect to own end-to-end infrastructure architecture across cloud, compute, virtualization, storage, identity, networking, endpoint management, SaaS, and ITSM environments.

You will lead architecture reviews, define standards, and act as escalation point for major incidents while guiding capacity planning and hybrid identity using Okta/AD/Entra ID.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 3–5+ years in an Architect/Design Authority role.
• Strong experience across Azure and AWS.
• Experience with VMware ESXi/vSphere, Windows Server and Linux.
• Storage/backup experience with Cohesity or equivalent.
• Hybrid identity architecture using Okta, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Enterprise Cisco networking including switching, firewalls, wireless, VLANs and segmentation.
• Microsoft Intune/MDM and Microsoft 365 experience.
• ITIL/ITSM and ServiceNow expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication.
• Managed Services / multi-tower infrastructure environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end infrastructure architecture across cloud, compute, virtualization, storage, identity, networking, endpoint management, SaaS, and ITSM environments.
• Define standards and reference designs across multiple infrastructure towers.
• Lead architecture reviews, high-risk change assessments and design decisions.
• Act as escalation point for Major Incidents and Problem Management.
• Lead capacity, scalability and infrastructure growth planning.
• Define hybrid identity using Okta, AD and Entra ID.
• Oversee enterprise network, endpoint, SaaS collaboration, and contact-center architecture.
• Partner with ServiceNow and ITSM teams to align CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem and Service Request processes.
• Create architecture diagrams, standards, documentation and decision records.
• Represent technical architecture in customer and account governance meetings.

• Own the target-state infrastructure architecture across Azure, AWS, VMware, Windows/Linux, storage, backup, identity, and networking.
• Define architecture standards and reference designs across multiple infrastructure towers.
• Lead architecture reviews, high-risk change assessments, and technical design decisions.
• Act as an architecture escalation point for Major Incidents and Problem Management.
• Lead capacity, scalability, and infrastructure growth planning.
• Define hybrid identity architecture using Okta, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Oversee enterprise network, endpoint, SaaS collaboration, and contact-center architecture.
