Job summary

Detego Health is seeking an Enterprise Incident and Resilience Manager in Omaha. You will own incident management and the business continuity program, coordinating across security, privacy, legal, clinical, and vendor partners to keep operations reliable and compliant as systems scale.

Lead end-to-end response, conduct post-incident reviews, and mature the resilience program from baseline to a repeatable, auditable capability. Hybrid/in-office setup with remote-friendly options for some roles.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years of experience across incident management, business continuity, security operations, IT operations, or enterprise risk.
• Proven ability to lead incident coordination under pressure and drive cross-functional execution.
• Experience building or maturing a process or program, not solely operating an established one.
• Experience in regulated environments with high documentation and audit expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own Incident Management End to End across security, privacy, operational, technology, and third-party events.
• Coordinate cross-functional response with technical, privacy, legal, clinical, operational, and vendor partners.
• Run incident bridges and deliver timely, accurate updates to leadership during active events.
• Lead post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to drive preventive improvements.
• Establish and own the enterprise business continuity and resilience program from baseline to tested capability.
• Develop, document, and maintain BCE and disaster recovery plans for critical functions.
