Join a team that values growth, collaboration and the unique perspective you bring.Position SummaryDetego Health is seeking an Identity, Access, and IT Operations Specialist to serve as the onsite owner for enterprise identity operations, access administration, endpoint support, and day-to-day technology enablement. This role sits within Enterprise Risk, Compliance, and Security and works closely with System Administration, an MSP, cybersecurity support, and business system owners to keep access accurate, devices operational, technology issues moving, and control evidence complete.The strongest candidate will be a hands-on operator who can manage the access lifecycle, troubleshoot end-user issues, document work clearly, and coordinate escalations without waiting for daily direction. The role requires judgment, responsiveness, and disciplined recordkeeping in a regulated healthcare environment where access control, endpoint readiness, and audit evidence must be reliable.Key ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for executing access operations, maintaining accurate access records, supporting endpoint readiness, and coordinating technology support across internal and external partners. The role operates within ERCS-defined standards, documented approvals, role-based access expectations, and established joiner-mover-leaver procedures.Execute provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, and endpoint support activities based on approved requests, defined roles, and documented procedures.Maintain complete records of requests, approvals, implementation steps, verification, and exceptions so access and technology operations are audit-ready.Coordinate with System Administration, the MSP, Prime Secured, and business system owners when issues require elevated permissions, infrastructure action, vendor support, or security review.Support access reviews by preparing evidence, coordinating assigned remediation, and preserving independence between operational execution, system-owner attestation, and ERCS validation.Qualifications6+ years of experience in identity and access administration, IT operations, endpoint support, or systems administration, with demonstrated ownership of access operations beyond ticket execution.Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Windows endpoints, user provisioning, role/group assignments, MFA, licensing, and SaaS access administration.Strong understanding of least privilege, role-based access, approval workflows, account lifecycle management, and access control documentation.Experience troubleshooting end-user technology issues across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, endpoints, peripherals, mobile devices, and connectivity.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, troubleshoot issues, and drive work through resolution.Strong documentation, communication, customer service, and escalation skills, particularly within regulated or audit-sensitive environments.PreferredExperience within healthcare, health plans, TPAs, financial services, or another regulated industry.Experience with Intune or comparable MDM platforms, endpoint security, device compliance, encryption, EDR/antivirus, and patching support.Familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST, access reviews, security control testing, and audit evidence requirements.Experience with ticketing systems, knowledge bases, asset management, access request workflows, and audit documentation.Microsoft SC-300 certification strongly preferred; MD-102, MS-102, CompTIA Security+, or similar identity, security, or endpoint credentials are a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation:Work Location: Omaha-based employees will work in-office or on a hybrid schedule.
