Trayd is hiring a Senior Implementations Analyst for enterprise launches in Manhattan. You will own end-to-end implementations, partner with product and engineering, and act as a trusted advisor to large customers in a fast-paced, in-person team environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, strategic problem solving, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges while mentoring junior colleagues as we scale.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in implementation, consulting, customer success, or operations.
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented while maintaining strategic focus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Comfortable working with data and strong Excel skills.
• Takes ownership and drives outcomes even when problems are messy or unclear.
• NYC-based or willing to relocate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through successful launch.
• Build relationships with customer executives, payroll leaders, and operations teams.
• Diagnose complex workflows and translate them into scalable solutions within Trayd.
• Lead large data migrations involving payroll history, workforce data, and financial information.
• Navigate ambiguity and coordinate with engineering and product to resolve issues.
• Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
• Support customers through first payroll runs and post-launch stabilization.
• Identify gaps in product or process and drive improvements for future implementations.
• Mentor junior implementation team members and help elevate the function as we scale.
