Job summary

Ooma, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join its Enterprise team. You will coordinate onboarding activities, provisioning, installation and configuration, and guide customers through onboarding to enable effective use of Ooma Enterprise products.

You will troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and liaise with Sales and Engineering to ensure projects finish on time and to spec, while maintaining a strong customer success focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Technical Customer Success or Implementation, SaaS preferred.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN and basic networking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities calmly.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer-facing voice for Ooma Enterprise, delivering high-quality service.
• Project manages onboarding: provisioning, installation, configuration of the product.
• Guide customers through onboarding processes to enable product use.
• Troubleshoot or escalate technical issues as required.
• Set expectations, coordinate with internal teams to keep tasks on schedule.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and other teams to complete projects.
