Job summary

Built is transforming real estate finance with an AI-powered platform. We seek an Implementation Consultant II to manage enterprise-scale client deployments—owning scopes, timelines, and outcomes for lenders, developers, and contractors.

You will drive discovery, plan strategic roadmaps, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to boost efficiency. This role emphasizes learning, adaptability, and delivering measurable adoption for complex builds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.
• Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver concurrent client implementations on time and to a high standard.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills; navigate senior stakeholders with confidence.
• Track record of identifying process improvements that speed up implementations.
• Working knowledge of construction project/financial workflows and vendor coordination.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid implementation methodologies.
• Comfort with CRM and analytics platforms; quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for owner, developer, and general contractor clients with autonomy and accountability for outcomes.
• Conduct discovery and planning sessions translating goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of high-impact issues.
• Identify and document repeatable solutions; share with the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Track and communicate implementation metrics and insights to leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate project planning, client communication, and risk identification.
