Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a System Architect to design and build enterprise‑level identity and access management solutions. You will collaborate across leadership, principal architects, and development teams to align identity strategies with security goals and business needs.

Join Identity Experience Operations to lead and architect our identity management forward, supporting secure, least‑privilege access at scale and driving innovative tech implementations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree + 3–5 years of related work experience (Required)
• Also acceptable: advanced degree with 2–3 years related work experience
• Areas of study: Computer Science, Technology or related field (Preferred)
• 2–4+ years with enterprise DB systems (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server) (Preferred)
• 2–4+ years data modeling in relational and dimensional structures (Preferred)
• 2–4+ years SQL knowledge and ability to write complex SQL logic (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Architects and builds enterprise‑class identity and access management solutions to meet organizational needs
• Collaborates with leadership and technical teams to align solutions and drive new access management architecture with experience at the core
• Analyzes business requirements to ensure solutions address organizational needs
• Designs and governs SSO, federation, and identity lifecycle across hybrid environments
• Designs entitlement and access package frameworks that enforce least privilege
• Enhances decision‑making and operational efficiency through innovative technology implementations
• Evaluates emerging identity technologies and AI‑driven tooling
• Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of information architecture to support solution development
• Engages with stakeholders to facilitate implementation of technological solutions
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
