Job summary

Stand Together seeks an Identity and Access Management Solutions Architect to design and own IAM architecture across the organization, spanning human and non-human identities. You will lead strategy, design, and governance of IAM, work with Okta and Auth0, and drive zero-trust access patterns with a strong emphasis on machine-to-machine authentication.

Experience securing human and non-human identities at scale.
Hands-on architecture with Okta and Auth0 platforms.
Strong collaboration with security, infrastructure and application teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure IAM architecture across the organization, including SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and federation.
Own strategy for non-human identities: service accounts, workload identities, secrets and machine-to-machine authentication.
Define and enforce identity governance standards and least-privilege models.
Architect and operate identity lifecycle processes: provisioning and de-provisioning.
Partner with engineering, security, and infra teams to embed identity-first design.
Evaluate, select, and implement IAM tooling and migrations.
Establish monitoring, auditing, and incident response practices for IAM.
Serve as subject-matter expert on IAM for audits and security assessments.
