Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a System Architect to design and implement enterprise identity and access management solutions that support secure access across the organization. You will collaborate with leadership and development teams to align solutions with security strategies and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include designing identity lifecycles, federation, least-privilege access, and multi-cloud identity management across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years of related experience, or advanced degree with 2-3 years.
• Preferred fields: Computer Science, Technology or related.
• 2-4+ years with enterprise databases (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server).
• 2-4+ years data modeling in relational and dimensional structures.
• 2-4+ years of SQL knowledge and ability to join multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise identity and access management solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to drive architecture with experience at the core.
• Analyze business requirements to address organizational needs.
• Design and govern SSO, federation, and identity lifecycle across hybrid environments.
• Design entitlement and access frameworks enforcing least privilege.
• Enhance decision-making and efficiency with innovative tech.
• Evaluate emerging identity technologies and AI-driven tooling.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of information architecture for solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to implement technological solutions.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
