Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Corporate HR Manager to lead enterprise HR strategy and execution across multi-location markets. This national role partners with executive leaders to translate strategy into scalable HR programs and processes, balancing strategic priorities with tactical delivery.

The position requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across regions while maintaining alignment with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience in a complex, multi-location org.
• Experience partnering with senior HR leaders and enterprise HR strategies.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, workstreams and enterprise initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of core HR practices, processes and employment-related requirements.
• Ability to translate business strategy into HR solutions and execute.
• Strong process orientation and ability to improve HR practices and operating effectiveness.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities, projects and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise HR strategy and priorities.
• Lead enterprise HR programs aligned with organizational strategy.
• Provide tactical oversight of HR processes, procedures and operating practices.
• Manage enterprise HR workstreams and cross-regional initiatives.
• Coordinate with regional HR leaders to align on enterprise priorities.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform leadership.
• Support talent management, succession planning and performance management.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are consistently implemented across regions.
• Communicate HR initiatives and change management plans to stakeholders.
