Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple locations. You will source, develop strategies, screen candidates and drive candidate flow through our ATS for all US positions.

The role requires partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders, handling high-volume openings, and traveling up to 25% for recruiting events. Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR or related field and/or 5 years of talent acquisition in a multi-location org.
• Experience working in ATS and knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP guidelines.
• Recruiting across multi-state, multi-office organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing, strategies, screening and initial interviews.
• Manage candidate flow and final disposition in ATS for all US positions.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR leaders and business leaders; travel up to 25% for events.

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Lead oversees the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, developing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and managing candidate flow through to final disposition in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all Balfour Beatty U.S positions.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate's degree in a Human Resources or related field, and/or minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience in a multi-location organization, with expertise in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP guidelines.
• Proven experience in recruiting across multi-state, multi-office organizations.

Preferred Experience And Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Two or more years of recruitment experience within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with expertise in consultation, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work independently and take initiative.
