Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Hunter to originate and close new clients in healthcare and life sciences across the US.

You will build relationships, scope engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a compensation package including base salary plus commissions.

Native English required; travel may be expected; healthcare domain knowledge is a strong plus.

Qualifications

5+ years in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems.
Strong experience in business development and account management in healthcare.
Proven success in sourcing and closing midsize to enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise clients across industries, focusing on healthcare.
Originate and nurture relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.
Present BairesDev's value proposition to senior executives.
Develop long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
Scope projects, shape engagements, and define business solutions.
Plan, implement and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines.
Plan resources and mobilize teams through the complex sales cycle.
Understand and mitigate key risks with tactical plans.
