Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end, enterprise-level growth programs including new site builds and expansions. You will own from requirements through site launch and handoff, applying PMI standards to ensure disciplined planning and delivery across multiple complex initiatives.

You will coordinate with facilities, engineering, IT, supply chain, finance, and legal teams, driving alignment to launch dates while optimizing cost, schedule, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level programs.
• Experience delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives (site builds, expansions, infrastructure).
• Demonstrated PMI-based project delivery and governance.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements with customers and align to site launches.
• Develop and manage integrated PMI-based program plans including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change.
• Lead cross-functional teams across facilities, manufacturing, IT, supply chain, and finance.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and KPIs; forecast needs for current and future sites.
• Communicate status and risks to leadership and sponsors; drive continuous improvement.
