Job summary

Inductive Bio is seeking an Enterprise Lead to deepen partnerships with large pharma, shaping and scaling offerings around their most important needs. You will work with pharma leaders and scientists, plus internal teams, to uncover opportunities, develop and test new offerings, and rapidly iterate based on customer feedback.

You will help build commercial strategy to bring offerings to market at scale, owning key accounts and driving strategic growth as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in life sciences consulting, strategy, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong scientific foundation; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to translate customer input into problems and testable hypotheses.
• Excellent communication with scientists and executives.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows and needs of large pharma discovery teams.
• Lead conversations with scientific and business stakeholders.
• Translate insights into new product capabilities and offerings.
• Develop market-tested hypotheses for entry points.
• Identify target accounts and build relationships.
• Shape pitches, pilots, pricing, and business cases.
• Support the commercial process from first contact to delivery.
• Build repeatable playbooks for selling and delivery.
• Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap.
