Job summary

Loop is seeking an Enterprise Delivery strategist to custodians value delivered to Enterprise customers through Balance, Loop’s finance product. You will cross-functionally collaborate with Sales, Product Operations, and Customer Success to optimize time-to-value and engagement for our enterprise clients.

You will drive metrics, dashboards and processes to deliver outcomes at scale, while demonstrating strong leadership in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, FP&A or accounting in a direct-to-consumer brand or hospitality/restaurant sector.
• Ability to translate complex problems into scalable processes and systems.
• Strong metrics mindset with capability to design funnels and dashboards.
• Proven sales orientation and ability to advocate for value in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Own key customer value metrics for Enterprise customers.
• Build playbooks for Sales and Customer Support functions.
• Own internal processes across analytics, product surfaces, content and communications to ensure 10-star value delivery.
• Influence agentic workflows, prompts, templates and workflows for customers.
• Collaborate with GTM/Customer Success to align on implementation and roadmap.
