The Role

We’re hiring a Part-Time Founding Enterprise Growth & Business Development Lead for a 30-day on-site contract role based in Tulsa, OK. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO to identify, engage, and close enterprise customers across finance, healthcare, legal, and insurance sectors.

Your mission: Book 3–5 discovery calls per week and convert qualified leads into paid pilots or proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to get in front of decision-makers, this is your chance to shape the early revenue engine of a high-growth cybersecurity startup.

Remote applicants will not be considered

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and prioritize a list of 20–30 high-potential enterprise accounts
  • Craft and execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and warm intros
  • Book and lead discovery conversations with Directors of IT, Security, Innovation, or Privacy
  • Pitch Magier Shield as a compliance-critical solution and negotiate pilot/PoC contracts
  • Collaborate with Product & Marketing to refine pitch materials, pricing, and success criteria

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years enterprise SaaS sales in cybersecurity, compliance, or adjacent B2B software
  • Documented track record of closing paid pilots/PoCs, not just generating top-of-funnel activity
  • Existing relationships—or the hustle to build them—in finance, insurance, healthcare, or legal
  • Comfortable selling to CISOs, Privacy, Security, and Innovation teams; confident handling risk/compliance objections
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach, tracking, and pipeline management
  • Startup DNA: bias for action, thrives under rapid iteration, low ego, self-directed
  • Bonus points for: government/defense sales experience, Tulsa or Midwest market familiarity, or GTM ownership at Series-Seed/Series-A startups
