Job description

Myrick Recruiting, LLC has partnered with an established manufacturing company to find a Business Development Manager responsible for developing and managing accounts in the Architectural and Construction sectors, specifically in the LA/MS market.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, with additional compensation such as an annual bonus. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an Annual Territory Sales Plan targeting revenue, profitability, and market growth.
  • Engage in cold calling, develop presentations, deliver pitches, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with Operations to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and transactions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Architectural, Building Supplies, or Construction sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong time management and presentation skills.
  • Experience with estimating, blueprints, CAD is helpful.
  • Experience in transportation sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work from a home office and travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Goal-oriented, motivated by commissions, with a solid work ethic.
