Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with grant writing or development preferred.
• Strong writing/editing and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and track outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Oceans Healthcare's enterprise grant strategy aligned with the organization’s plan.
• Research, identify, and evaluate grant opportunities from federal, state, local, corporate, and private sources.
• Maintain a comprehensive grant opportunity pipeline and funding calendar.
• Build relationships with grant-making organizations, governmental agencies, and community partners.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize opportunities based on impact and objectives.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting grant funding.
• Lead the preparation, writing, editing, and submission of competitive grant applications.
• Coordinate subject matter experts to develop narratives, budgets, and implementation plans to support proposals.
• Ensure all grant applications are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Develop templates and processes to improve grant submission efficiency; maintain documentation.
• Develop KPIs for all grant-funded initiatives and monitor performance.
