Oceans Healthcare seeks a Grants Administrator to lead the enterprise grant strategy and manage federal, state, local, and private opportunities. You will collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, finance, compliance, and quality to drive funded programs and measure impact.

You will develop narratives, budgets, and implementation plans; ensure timely submissions; monitor KPIs; and report ROI to support organizational priorities and long-term sustainability in behavioral health

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of grant writing/administration, PM, healthcare administration, or nonprofit management.
• Demonstrated success securing competitive federal, state, or private grant funding.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience preparing executive reports and performance metrics.
• Strong budget development and financial analysis experience.
• Experience within behavioral health or nonprofit healthcare preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the organization's enterprise grant strategy aligned with Oceans Healthcare's strategic plan.
• Research, identify, and evaluate grant opportunities from federal, state, local, corporate, and private foundations.
• Maintain a comprehensive grant opportunity pipeline and funding calendar.
• Build relationships with grant-making organizations and partners.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize funding opportunities based on impact.
• Lead the preparation, writing, editing, and submission of competitive grant applications.
• Coordinate subject matter experts to develop narratives, budgets, implementation plans, and documentation.
• Develop standardized grant templates and ensure all submissions meet deadlines.
• Develop KPIs for grant-funded initiatives and monitor performance.
• Prepare executive dashboards and reports summarizing grant activity and ROI.
