Job summary

ACS seeks an Enterprise Grants & Awards Manager in Washington, DC (Hybrid) to establish and operationalize the EGAM function. You will standardize grants and awards processes, strengthen governance and reporting, and partner with Finance, IT, and program leadership to improve compliance and operational efficiency across ACS grants programs.

You will drive enterprise-wide change, implement a technology-enabled approach, develop KPIs, dashboards, and lifecycle procedures, and act as a change agent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years in grants management, program administration, operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the EGAM operating model and lifecycle processes.
• Partner with program, Finance, and IT teams to improve consistency and governance.
• Establish reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and service-level metrics.
