Job summary

JFrog is seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Specialist to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives and implement cutting-edge GenAI solutions across the company. You will collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to define MVPs, measure outcomes, and deliver scalable AI applications.

You will drive the lifecycle of GenAI-driven tools, build agentic workflows, and guide rollout plans, while training teams to leverage new AI technologies securely and effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role including AI/GenAI delivery for business users.
• Shipping tools, automations, or internal products used by teams.
• Deep understanding of the LLM lifecycle, prompts, RAG, and agentic patterns.
• Experience implementing Enterprise GenAI platforms (e.g., Gemini, Claude).
• Hands-on with agentic workflows on tools like Google ADK, AgentCore, and low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of enterprise-wide AI applications across the organization.
• Translate business problems into AI use cases, MVPs, and rollout plans.
• Own lifecycle of GenAI-driven apps and agents from concept to production.
• Build AI-powered solutions: agentic workflows, RAG-based tools, and integrations.
• Conduct audits of AI tech and run Build-vs-Buy analyses for scalability and security.
• Deliver training sessions to boost AI literacy and adoption.
• Evolve the Enterprise AI tech stack with next-gen tools and platforms.
• Act as liaison between IS/IT/Data teams to ensure secure integrations.
