Job summary

Scale GP in New York is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design and implementation of multi-cloud infrastructure. You will shape the deployment standards for Agentic workflows, bridging AI orchestration with reliable platform capability and enterprise-grade security.

You will own the infrastructure roadmap, drive IaC, CI/CD, and observability (logging, metrics, tracing, analytics), mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable, low-latency systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, and observability platforms.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-cloud systems and abstractions for the SGP platform.
• Analyze build/test logs and metrics to identify improvements.
• Define architectural patterns for secure, reliable and scalable workflows.
• Enhance CI/CD, testing, data quality, reconciliation and anomaly detection.
