• Proven success managing complex multi-year initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of release management, governance, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Foundry programs.
• Establish governance structures, reviews, cadences and steering.
• Develop integrated plans across business, technical, data, and partners.
• Provide executive visibility into status, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate delivery with Lear Digital Operations, IT, data, and partners.
• Drive alignment on commitments, resources, and release schedules.
• Manage scope, schedule, quality, risks, and dependencies.
