Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of experience building and shipping full-stack production software.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, or Python, with one highlighted.
• Experience with high-value customers from pre-sales to rollout.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
• Clear communication with engineers to executives.
• Experience with LLMs to build scalable, available systems.
• Nice to have: React Native, payments, or blockchain integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver onboarding and checkout experiences for strategic customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design scalable solutions.
• Lead technical discovery with prospective and existing customers.
• Partner with business teams on demos and prototypes to close deals.
• Set the standard for the Forward Deployed Engineering team and scale processes.
• Define and prioritize roadmap with internal and external stakeholders.
