Turing is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer for Enterprise AI in New York City. You will work directly with clients to translate complex business needs into production AI solutions, driving measurable impact at scale.

We value ownership, hands-on engineering, and cross-functional collaboration; expect in-office work 3–5 days per week and deep experience with Python, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of production software experience.
• Strong Python and API design skills.
• Experience building production LLM/agent systems and orchestration.

Responsabilités

• Find the Problem Worth Solving: work with customers to translate business needs into clear technical direction.
• Build Beyond the Frontier: architect and build production AI systems, orchestration, tools, and integrations at scale.
• Own the Outcome: lead solutions end-to-end from discovery through deployment and measurable impact.
• The Anti-Sell: high ownership with uncompromising quality expectations in a demanding client environment.
• Client-first and in-office: in-person collaboration 3–5 days per week, NYC area.
• You’ll help write the playbook: apply expertise to create repeatable processes and best practices.
