Job summary

AMD is seeking a role in the Midwest US – Chicago, IL area to drive pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for commercial solutions. The candidate will engage with end customers, OEM partners, and internal AMD teams to demonstrate solutions, address business needs, and lead technical engagements across multi‑disciplined teams.

Ideal candidates will have broad server/client knowledge, strong communication, and a proven track record with large enterprise customers, OS experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering or Computer Science).
• Experience with large enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of server and datacenter platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical relationships with target end customer accounts and OEM partners
• Win new commercial opportunities by establishing technical solutions based on AMD technology
• Prepare technical presentations and documentation for field delivery
• Support large enterprise end customers by providing technical assistance to sales and customers
• Lead technical design sessions and architect solutions aligned with customer objectives
