Job summary

WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone is seeking a Manager of Field Commercial Sales to lead a dedicated Field Sales team selling WOW! Business services to small, mid-market, and enterprise customers.

You will drive staffing, training, and performance to meet revenue targets while building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing business plans, coaching reps, and ensuring accurate Salesforce forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years demonstrated success selling telecommunications services in Enterprise/GEM space.
• 3+ years of experience managing individuals selling to enterprise customers.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Field Sales team responsible for WOW! Business portfolio including Ethernet, Internet, and Voice offerings for 5–300 employees.
• Ensure staff retention through selection, training, development, appraisal, and motivation.
• Develop business plans with team members and coordinate promotions to meet goals and objectives.
• Forecast revenue accurately in Salesforce.com for annual, quarterly, monthly figures.
