• Provide expert judgment to ensure cost-effective, sustainable construction methodologies for complex facilities.
• Develop and coordinate design criteria, architectural standards, and execution strategies for global projects.
• Review Statements of Work (SOW) and advise on deviations from standard criteria to meet constraints.
• Perform other related duties as required.
