Qualifications

• Proven ability to negotiate and justify design-to-cost strategies on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level oversight for AF-funded services design and construction portfolios worldwide.
• Serve as technical authority for design analysis and global facility criteria.
• Advise on deviations from standard criteria to meet unique constraints.
• Develop and coordinate design criteria, architectural standards, and sustainable construction methodologies.
