Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and simplification efforts for complex, multi-domain problem spaces.
• Diagnose systemic process and experience breakdowns across teams, products, and platforms.
• Translate enterprise pain points into clear, structured, prioritized problem statements.
• Design scalable, end-to-end simplification solutions with defined outcomes.
• Influence leaders without formal authority to drive alignment and action.
• Define success metrics and adoption considerations for durable impact.
• Ensure regulatory, risk, and control implications are addressed in changes.
